What do we offer Landlords
Our service relieves the landlord of all personal involvement in the letting if he/she so wishes.  Having found the tenant (often for an owner who is abroad or living at a distance) we deal with all details both prior to and during the tenancy.  These would include:

Careful tenant selection
Meticulous referencing procedure
Extensive local advertising
Assistance with insurance
All necessary legal documentation
Preparation of inventories and schedules of condition
Transfer of utility accounts to new tenant’s name
Regular three-monthly visits to the property (to check on the condition of the house and garden) and reports to landlord
Making arrangements for contractors to carry out any repairs
Arranging mandatory annual gas safety checks
Serving notices
Final check-out and negotiations over matters arising

We account to the landlord for rent during the third week of each month, thereby holding a ‘float’ of rent for the first part of the month, out of which we pay for any necessary repairs

Firstly we very much hope we can find suitable property for you to rent. Each of our offices is small enough for staff to be able to deal personally with your requirements. Each of our staff has a detailed knowledge of the locality and with two branches covering Parkstone, Bournemouth and in between. Our letting staff can also assist where the area of search is much wider than just Bournemouth and Parkstone.

If you are looking to rent a property in a wide area, we arrange for your details to be transferred to all our agency branches so that they too can immediately help you in your search.

Our Lettings staff are trained to understand from you the type of rental property required, thereby saving you time in considering and viewing unsuitable properties. We can register those requirements and whilst we always ask prospective tenants to keep in touch with us and to visit our continuously updated website. Our lettings team will also try where possible to contact you, if a suitable property becomes available.

Our referencing procedures are flexible and speedy, and we always endeavour to keep a tenant’s interests and rights carefully balanced with those of a landlord’s. This ensures a happy and smooth-running tenancy for both parties.
